I think Fairley is a dirty player, but we've had dirty players too. All SEC schools have had them, especially on defense.
He's not on Bill Romanowski's level or anything though, and I'd want him on my team.

Fairley is fine. Some fans are just pussies in general and over sensitive. His hit on Murray was the only dirty play I thought he had. Some were borderline, but honestly, I want someone that's borderline dirty on defense. Like Brandon Spikes, I could give a frick if he had his hands in UGA's RB's face mask. I also loved it when he punted the pick 6 against LSU into the crowd. Cry me a river. Fairley was a beast at AU, bottom line.
Now, I did enjoy flaming the shite out of AU fans during the season about how dirty he was.

Typically, people bitching about dirty players is the result of one thing: getting your arse handed to you on that particular day and trying to deflect because of it.
