It's better than starting the 2008 conference schedule with getting swept by the Vols, that's for sure.

I am pretty positive LSU's last two CWS (including title run) involved two crummy SEC starts.
2008- 4-11 SEC start
2009- A 1-2 start to the Vols
So yeah, I will not be pushing the panic button anytime soon. It is a shame the fashion we lost the first two games though. So many left on base.

we've technically won 3 of 4 sec games...but our win over Bama doesnt count toward our sec record

that is pretty much like laughing because LSU lost to Florida in football to start 0-1 while UK is 1-0 after winning a pillow fight with UT.
