I would not be shocked to see their assistant AD take over, he's the reason they are not in worse trouble with the NCAA.

Have to get a new AD first, assuming they fire both Hamilton and Pearl. If you hire the BB coach and then the AD, then the AD will come in with both of the big coaches not being "his guys." AD's are like GMs in the NFL, they like to make their mark and pick their own coaches, and if the coaches are there before they get there then there is a shorter leash. Hiring the coach first takes away the AD's mojo.
