Yes and the information from the people in the know is that the charges will be dropped. Just the CL trying to slander a 17 kid for no reason. There is no way this is newsworthy.

I'm from Madison and the cops are complete arse holes. The cop probably was Craft and all he is know for is trying to make a name for himself in the papers.

Is the paper the authority having jurisdiction to file or dismiss charges? Why isn't it newsworthy if the young man is charged with a crime?

I know for a fact he doesn't smoke. My best friend an year younger then me (I graduated in 08) is friends with TS friends and TS has been around it plenty of times and has never done it. TIFWIW.
