who does UGA pay to continually be put on these pre season lists?

I think USCe should be closer to the top 10.
Florida has waaaay to much talent to only be ranked 25.

Looks to be some nice match-ups next season
3 teams from the Big12 in the top 10 (Oklahoma/Oklahoma State/A&M)

2 teams from the SEC (LSU/Alabama)

You could say the same thing about a ton of programs who have name appeal, most notably Notre Dame. I remember in 2002 (I believe, somewhere around there) they went from UR in the preseason to 17th after 1-0 and top 10 after 2-0. They were then on the cover of SI the next week. After starting TWO and 0.
Georgia has one of the top young talents in the nation at QB, along with a lot of other pieces returning. To say we're a top 25 team doesn't seem outlandish to me.

UGA is coming off a 6-7 season, with a Liberty bowl loss to a CUSA team(First SEC team to lose that game). After losing your best player, and best rusher.
UGA could be there by mid season, but I just can't see any reason why they deserve it right now.
Oh and I agree about Notre Dame. The way they're always voted into the pre season poll is mind boggling.

LSU/Alabama is 9/10 times the best West matchup.
Not a bad preseason poll.
Dennis Dodd is a hack. IMO.

It will be fun sending the Aggies home with another loss at JerryWorld, and taking away their top 10 ranking this time.

They weren't this season.

ND should be really good next season, though, actually.

If by really good you mean being competitive with the Service Academies and the Big East, I agree.

10-2, actually, is what I mean, but good guess.

IDK man, their defense looked pretty solid in their bowl loss to UCF

I think the West will definitely come down to LSU/Bama. That's going to be a damn good game.

USF - Toss Up
Michigan - Toss Up
Michigan State - Loss
Pittsburgh - Toss Up
Purdue - W
Air Force - Toss Up
USC - L
Navy - Toss Up
Wake Forest - W
Maryland - Toss Up
Boston College - Toss Up

We'll just have to trust LSU to take care of Oregon's top ten ranking and the Flagship to continue our annual thumping of aTm. The rankings will sort themselves out as we play.
