karma a good bit, after all the grief of the past decade. I hope it continues for at least 2 or 3 more years. at the Vols.

Strangely enough, I've decided I want them to get things together a bit. I dislike Tennessee as much as I do Auburn but it takes something out of the rivalry when they're down. Going into Knoxville and kicking the living shite out of them should be one of the highlights of the season but it was just a blip on the radar this year.
And they should get better. Most likely by 2012.

At the same time laughing at their misfortune is somewhat rewarding.

I want them to waller in misery a bit longer.. they should with the sanctions from hostessgate soon enough. What's even funner, is that they are where they are now, without sanctions..

It's too bad. I actually like Dooley quite a bit but he's just way too inexperienced for the job at the moment. If he had spent a few more years as a coordinator and HC, he would be much better equipped to handle the Tennessee job.

If TN and AU could lose every game in every sport from here on out, I would be fine with that.

I'm pulling for Michigan State, which means Bama will win.
The UT effect it's called.

I feel like, after all is said and done, people will say the same thing about Dooley that they do about Shula...
even though its not really warranted...perceptions will be enough to color the commentary that way.

I feel the same way about the Dallas Cowboys. I love for them to reach the precipice of greatness, and then see them fail and slide back into mediocrity!
That said, it'd be like rooting against the homeless if they stayed down, so I hope they improve just enough to keep old JJ foaming at the mouth! then they can blow it again and again for a few years.
