My reply (which I'm often criticized for) is win the games and you'll get both respect and recognition. Just win the fricken games.

Hear hear, sir.

It's all they have. LSU Fans sure can't point to results on the field recently. The more you see these fans of other schools post negative things about Petrino the more concerned you know they are. I just laugh at their feeble attempt to continue to chant the mantra; Petrino will leave after one year at Arkansas. Petrino will be gone before two years. Well make that three years now Petrino is going to leave any day now. A seven year contract extension later, Petrino won’t be at Arkansas blah, blah blah, blah………..

The problem with LSU Fans is that they are stuck with Miles. He isn’t good enough for another good school to want him and he wins just enough to keep his job. However, I know for a fact that a lot of LSU Fans really don’t like Miles and want to run him off. A dilemma indeed.

nah.....i live here....it's about 50/50 on miles down here. the fans that are grounded realize that miles has done a solid job and wants him here...it's the dilusional fans that think lsu should win every game they play..which is about half of them...want him gone.

Mike Irwin just reported that a "rival" SEC schools coach has been telling recruits that Petrino was for sure going to Florida.

I wonder who it was? Nutt, Miles, Mullen, Chizik or Saban?

He signed an extension at Louisville too.....just before he left.

You left out a critical part. He left for the NFL.

1. Alabama and Arkansas don't even recruit the same prospects.

2. Saban is notorious for never mentioning another school during recruitment of a player.

HAS to be Nutt.

Has to.

Especially considering some of the recruits we brought in this weekend.

And the word about Kameron (sp?) Wood.

Are you kidding me pig? Whens the last time you beat Bama and FL in the same season? While playing two top 25 OOC opponents.

My money would be on Cheese Dick, Nutt, or Miles.

Considering we are hard on some Louisiana prospects right now, you can do the math.

What the hell are you arguing here?

One thing, we do not play Alabama & Florida in the same year hardly ever.

Maybe if you watched the game over enough times it might take some of the pain away......

Yeah I would definitely rule out Saban and possibly Miles. Either of the Mississippi schools or Auburn wouldn't surprise me.

Highlights of Petrino agreement: Avg. salary of $3.56 mil and non-compete clause with ENTIRE SEC. Deal now through 2017

i'm guessing both sides of this deal want to cut off all rumors and dirty recruiting

That would be a good thing if true. It would stop a lot of BS.
