0 victories. Or have the Aubbies spent too much money on toilet paper to pay for tuition and are now unable to comprehend basic math?

butthurt moral victory, but don't worry because at the chick-fil-a bowl USC will have the chance to redeem themselves

Just give up. Worst beating in the history of the SECCG. No amount of tears will make 56-17 go away.

The NCAA could make half of it go away, the fury mixed with sadness + the calling of firing Chiz will be glorious for the SEC for sure. Its a shame. Just a few months ago the Aubbies were one of the classier fan bases I had run across, this mass endorsement of a cheater is quite shameful.

So you're suggesting that basic math isn't taught before attending auburn...gotcha, we're stupid is what you're going for. Cool.

Seriously though that was a terrible attempt at an insult.

The Ironbowl was the most watched game of the year at peak just over 10% of all households in the US were watching it. Good try to bash Auburn though, the SEC game last year was seen as the BCS champ game so you had a lot of national attention on it.

above and constant whining make me qustion if that's really you. If so when did you become so immature? Seems like i remembered you being a decent poster.

What have I said that's immature or whiny? Hate to break it to ya fella, but everyone in the country who is NOT an Auburn fan feels like this season is an ongoing criminal act...theft by deception. I'm just pointing it out (probably why you think I'm being "whiny")

Go back and check my statements on Newton when this story was first breaking. I defended Auburn quite strongly (probably why you thought I was a "good poster"). That went out the window now that Auburn and the NCAA have acknowledged that the solicitation occurred, and have done NOTHING about it.

Maybe so. We'll see if you show up in the next Auburn Cheated/SCam Newton/Everybody Hates Auburn thread, because you've pretty much shown up in all of'em so far. You're like a lifetime smoker with a sever nicotine jones.

Gee, you mean I'm posting on an SEC football board about one of the biggest stories in recent football history? Yeah, I must be obsessed.

Don't be a goddamn retard. I'm 100% sure it sucks having people dog your program, but buck up and deal with it. Y'all earned it.

Not just that, many SEC fans like me refused to watch a single play of this game when the result will most likely be vacated in the near future. All of these folks watched last year's game (and all other SECCG's) but refused to watch a cheating team prosper.

This.

I was in a bar in north Texas. The channel was changed from Oregon/Oregon st. to SEC Champ. game. The crowd overwhelmingly asked the tv's be changed back to Oregon/Oregon St. Main reason given: Cam Newton/Auburn cheated, and the game will eventually be vacated.

Personally, I think it's rediculous to pretend many other programs don't do the same, but the national perception of Auburn is they have to put down cash to get kids to sign.

And one common opponent in the Iron Bowl and last year's NC game. Bama is why Auburn got the ratings. Standing on their own, not so much.

the second highest rated game of the year regardless of network was AU-ga

i didn't watch one second of the seccg because i wasn't interested in a team playing a known ineligible player. same for everybody i know.

The Ironbowl was the most watched game of the year
because at the time, the ncaa still had time to rectify the situation. they didn't. hence, no interest in the subsequent seccg. after the bama/auburn game, the season basically became a total waste.

No. I could give two shits about who was or who wasn't watching this game.
