it sure seems like it. but, in all fairness... who wants to go to Mississippi state? recruiting will always be tough there.

State hasn't won in Oxford since the late '90s, tonight was a big deal.

By this February, State will have had pulled two top 25 classes in three years with Mullen, with more 4*s on the two deep than Oregon. Yeah, talent can't be pulled to MSU.

The Ole Miss boards are absolutely melting down. It looks like the Arkansas boards circa 2208 with some of the shite they are saying. And they said we didn't know what we were talking about.

Exactly. This school (like Auburn in the state of Alabama to UA) will ALWAYS be in the shadow of the
flagship institution (Ole Miss). It has always been that way and it always will be. Go ahead and enjoy the win as tomorrow you will still be Mississippi State.

The same flagship that can't beat Mullens? Lost the top player in the state from their own backyard? Has never been to Atlanta? The Final Four? Omaha how many times since '70? Alabama/AU isn't a fair comparison because you aren't Bama and never will be. You're Ole Miss, a middle to near bottom of the pack program right along with MSU, who is passing you up.

Will it still be on the rise if bigger schools start to come calling this week?

Yes it will..we have a young team with 15 starters back next year and a very good coaching staff...not to mention the best strength coach in the nation

Mullen is the leader- but he doesnt even call the offensive plays
