Pearl directly lied to the NCAA about his recruiting someone... and owned up to it because he got caught.
he committed some kind of recruiting infraction i think.

Recruiting violation regarding improper contact, I think. Small potatoes until he lied about it and then got caught.

Had recruit Aaron Craft over to his house. He lied about it then came clean.

the THING that got Pearl suspended was the ball-faced lie he gave the NCAA. not the infraction.

Nothing, he 100% innocent of all allegations, he is being unfairly accused by the NCAA, and slandered by the media, just like that poor quarterback at Auburn.

Very similar to the way Bruce Pearl was forced into recruiting violations by people that were in no way affiliated with the University of Tennessee!

Nah, that might be the only thing that would come close to shutting us all up. I can see Cam getting convicted and AU fans complaining he was a setup for shopping of players. If Cam confesses you may have a few people spouting about them being forced into it, but you'll hear more bullshite from any of the 100 other endings to this story.
