do you honestly think that they're not gonna find out whether or not Cam got paid?
No, i think they will...and they will find out what AU already knows.

Only one out as of now is TMZ, so it will take a little longer for others

You better hope not. I think anybody in their right mind knows that Auburn is paying him, they just better hope they have it hidden enough.

You do realize that TMZ has proven itself as a credible source time and time again?

Doesn't look like they are investigating Bond. You may want to hope his facts aren't straight.

Hardly. I'm 100% sure Newton will play in that game and wreck Bama like that iceberg did the Titanic.
This is a bona fide story friend. You need to come to terms with that.
If you check a later post (hardly likely the way the numbers are jumping on this one), you sir, are included in the "3-5" honest posters. I would enjoy it more if others were the same. No homo
I realize its a story. I realize that there is way more to this than we may ever know. What I'm not sure of, at this point, is Auburn's involvement, where this began, or if money changed hands.

I feel like it's hit or miss.

Auburn/Auburn fans are either the most naive and blissfully ignorant fans on the internet or they truly are more wholesome and holy than the rest of the SEC. I'll admit that if Bama was involved I'd automatically assume the worst as I would think most SEC fanbases would also. If they're investigating Rogers then it stands to reason that they will thoroughly check Newton Sr's bank records and found out once and for all if he received suspicious sums of money and where that money came from. Heck, maybe Auburn is one of the few big time programs that is incapable of cheating and the rest of the SEC fanbases are just too jaded and cynical after all.

TMZ has been pretty spot on with its reports on football and the NCAA, actually.

On whether an actress has a brazilian wax as displayed exiting a vehicle? Yes. However, I would like to see others corroborate the fact.

True, but multiple media and sports outlets reporting it will solidify it more.

All of this is no longer a fun little game played by all those involved, whether it be players, coaches, daddy's and even the NCAA for whatever the initial motives were. The penalties now are very real to everyone personally involved in an unlawful manner, if that is indeed what the findings are. The FBI doesn't play games. They can and will follow up on every single lead they uncover, and/or delegate anything else they find to the proper agency to do so. And they will follow up on it. This is just the beginning of an intense investigation. This is exactly where this all needed to go.

This should be sorted out in no time.
my two cents is that this should be recognized as an awesomely hilarious statement. I lol'd.

quote:Maybe so, but I was making a point about everyone getting so excited by the alleged subpoena power of the FBI resolving this thing quickly. If it gets to court, no matter if the FBI is involved or not, someone will have subpoena power that will matter, but right now, no one does. It was a minor point until you made a smartass remark about me not being knowledgeable.
Focus on this. You're getting tunnel vision. This is going to work its way into court. see Means, Albert

Plus, if Cam or Cecil got the money last year, then they better had claimed it on their taxes. If not, tax evasion is a bitch.
