No, just think that any one who says a lame joke with a karate kid reference, then " " his own joke is just pathetic.

yea we did. the secret to stopping cam is keeping him contained in the pocket and then making him read the coverage.

More or less it is true. That being said, is the OC game planning now for LSU to not blitz. It's a chess game. Blitz packages have to be included in the defensive game plan.

A defense that does not attack and dictate to the offense what it can and can not do is setup for defeat!

It is important for the defense to be able to adjust as the game is being played not waite until halftime and adjust. By that time the game can be out of reach before anything is done to stop the bleeding.

This is one thing I have seen the LSU defense do ever since the 2nd half of the UNC game. That is the reason Florida last week could not get a sustained drive. The only points Florida got was off of mistakes, 2 turnovers that gave them a short field as in 20 yards or less and a penalty after the defense had them stopped and they got new life and scored.

If, IF, LSU can prevent from making these types of mistakes and make Auburn use the whole field LSU has more than a 50/50 chance in winning this game. LSU does not and has not allowed a lot of points on it's defense, 101 in 7 games, for a 14.42 pt avg when the other team has to go 60 yards or more on their drives.

LSU's defense will do what it has to do when it has to do it! It has all year and that is what's called a tendency and LSU is 7-0 because of it!

Just as Auburn's tendency is for Cam to run when nothing else works if and when he can. That is what's called a tendency and that is why Auburn is 7-0. We will all find out the outcome this Saturday at Auburn, Alabama in JHS at 2:30pm.
Sorry Bama & Auburn Fans for the wrong Stadium changed it!

Good Luck to Yall and may the BEST TEAM WIN!

I SAY!

this is the whole premise of malzahns offense its why his offense worked last year against bama but failed to ever really get going against a porous arkansas D. This year they truely are the best offense malzahn has ever had, so you must sit back in disciplined zones to beat him. his offense is designed for short attacks on areas where blitzers used to be

Some people really have no idea:
Total Defense/Scoring defense Ranks for the past 10 NC winners:
2000 OU = 8/7
2001 Miami = 6/1
2002 tOSU = 23/2
2003 LSU = 1/1
2004 USC = 6/3
2005 UT = 10/8
2006 UF = 6/6
2007 LSU = 3/17
2008 UF = 9/4
2009 Bama = 2/2

Pretty damn amazing if you ask me. Every one was either top 10 in scoring defense or total defense. All but 2 (LSU, tOSU) were top 10 in both. LSU's was affected largely by 2 OT games, which if removing the OT scoring is #7 in the scoring defense.

Looking at that with Auburn's great defense:
Total defense = #63
Scoring defense = #63

Yup, looks like a championship to me!

LSU's on the other hand:
Total defense = #3
Scoring defense = #11

Keep him contained and make him beat you with his arm. Last but not least make sure he feels some pain when doing this.

Chavis knows what to do. Somebody mention the name Leonard Johnson to him and he'll tell you an amazing tale you probably won't believe, but I too saw it with my own eyes. There's a gem of a memory he's surely dialed back up about a qb from the mean streets of Atlanta that had NFL scouts lined up, but the kid disappeared after one amazing season. That was a long fricking time ago. Nobody's ever done that story. He faced this kid every day in practice. Gotta remember, Chavis is old as dirt, he's been around a long, long time. He's seen just about everything before.

The offense really didn't come into its own until after the Clemson game, our offensive line struggled and Chizik asked them to step up. Ever since then the offense has really been on fire. The sad thing is Gus is actually holding it back some. Newton can throw much better than people think but due to our secondary woes we are trying to eat the clock up. if our defense were up to par we'd have very close to the top offense in the land.
