i mean Saban thought bama was the better job. Bear Bryant turned Miami down too.

Might just be Bama is a better job

Saban demoted himself to bama because he couldn't handle NFL competition. The man's obsessed with winning, and doing so is a hell of a lot easier at the college level than the professional one. He put himself out there to the highest bidder that was trying to fill a coaching vacancy, which happened to be bama.

But now after proving once again he's more than capable of winning a BCSNC so quickly, its only a matter of time before that 15-17 record and the constant reminders that he's not good enough for the NFL gets to him.

Miami just can't compete with Bama.. couldn't hire our coach away and couldn't keep one we wanted.

Old people, cheesy music, and the crowds don't suit everyone. You can't make a blanket statement based on a city.

Rick Pitino failed even more miserably in the pros than Saban did. Guess how much it hurt his legacy as a coach? I'll give you a hint. It didn't.

I'd take the Dolphins.

A) They most likely pay more, unless you're great in CFB like Nick $aban.

B) Miami is a great city all the time. Tuscaloosa is only cool during football season.

C) You pick the players you want in the draft. You don't have to hope they want to come to your school.

D) Miami fans > Alabama fans.

But there are faaaaaaar less fat, dumbass rednecks in Miami than in Tuscaloosa. Some people would take that into consideration.
