Its a small little paper ad showing OM whipping up on a rival.. whats wrong with that? God knows there have been entire billboard signs put up for 1 football game against a rival or just a bad loss and no one has a problem with that.

We need a consensus on baseball titles. I've been told that only tournament titles really count.

Much more difficult to win a regular season title in baseball than the tourny.
You could just get real hot for one week and win the tourny but you need consistency to win the Regular season title.
