Seeing AB on TV finally, Baum still > Alex Box.

Every seat in Baum is a chairback seat, including the seating adjacent to the left field student section.

Alex Box is almost half bleacher seats.

Alex Box is full of ads, like every LSU venue. It appears to be still under construction, so maybe I'm judging too soon.

Baum has 34 skyboxes, too.

Just sayin....

You've only been on here a year? Seems like longer than that.

can't really get atmosphere of a baseball game from TV unless it's really crazy, IMO

I'm not going to argue with you about Baum. It is the top facility in the country. Overall you guys have the best facilities in the SEC from top to bottom. I agree we need to get rid of the ads as well in Alex Box and Tiger Stadium.

Oh I'm sure LSU fans make it crazy. I'm just talking about the building itself.

I watched most of the game sitting across the road from Baum, and I kept comparing.

I think we started out with some bleacher seats but replaced them over the years.

Just my opinion. I'm sure we all think we have the best park.

Only Arkansas fans are right.

We need to upgrade BWA but that likely won't happen b/c basketball is now allegedly "losing $$$" at Arkansas.

Yes, LSU has those pretty National Championship Banners.

Those make up for a lot.

I will not argue with Arkansas fans about athletics facilities. Overall, you guys have the best in the SEC.

I will argue. I live in NWA, and see them on a weekly basis. I don't think they're as great as Arkansas fans like to make them out to be. And I'm not arguing for Alabama in that case, as they suck, outside of football.

Now if we can just get the football game moved to Fayetteville. I'd like to make the trip up there.

Yeah, LSU is definitely the most ad-friendly as far as venues. Do y'all still have the back lit golden arches of McDonald's everywhere in Tigah Stadium?

I can't imagine the same in Razorback Stadium. The only ads we have are on the video screens.

I'll take the Box, the outfield ads and the 6 CWS titles that go w/ it over the baum. It's similar to Oregon's great football facilities but dick to show for it. No tradition. And yes, hardware defines tradition.

I don't like this either. I don't think we are desperate for ad $$. I think the athletic department brought in over 85 million dollars last year.

Overall?

I like Florida and LSU's athletic facilities.

Individually?

Baseball - LSU

Football - Alabama or Tennessee

Basketball - Kentucky of course

Track and Field - Arkansas of course

Swimming and Diving - I guess Auburn

Gymnastics - Georgia
