Last night's paid attendance...
of 10,682 was more than 3 games in Major League Baseball yesterday..
yeah i know that wasnt actual attendance but still pretty intereting...
Question....when you post "more than 3 games in Major League Baseball yesterday.." Is this more than their actual attendance or more than their paid attendance? B/c if these teams' paid attendance is only a tad above 10K then they need to definitly consider moving to another city. Even NOLA could sell more than 10K season tixs in MLB.
re: I'm going to watch Gruden's QB camp

Yes but...comparatively speaking our QBs suck versus the field.....and any moron w/ 2 eyes can see this and reach the same conclusion. None have reached the NFL but some are much better than others -- we don't want the later but we've got em'.
re: watkins injury?

really want him back soon but on the up side its building our depth.
watkins injury?
Posted by LittleJerry on 4/14/10 at 7:46 pm
JH just said he won't be back til late next month. I've never dislocated an elbow; is 2 months normal recovery time? Sounds like a lot; especially w/ it being his none throwing arm
re: In Omaha - just saw new stadium

Last year was my first time at the CWS and it was awesome. We stayed at the garden inn across the street from the embassy (i think) were the team stays. Anyway, if i remember correctly its suppose to be built right around there -- Is that correct? If so the location will be much better from what i saw.

re: Is Patrick Peterson the SEC's most overrated player?
Posted by LittleJerry on 4/13/10 at 9:07 am
not only will he be drafted higher than that fig tebow but i'll bet he is the 1st player taken in the draft from the SEC this year.

You have fricking bleachers and ad signs on your wall. Does LSU baseball really need the money from those?
You figs put up SEC west champion signs in that shite hole you call Oxford. We do have one big sign listing all 6 of our CWS titles, what's it called again....oh yeah, "the intimidator"
Suck it Ole Piss......we set the standard in SEC baseball and have for years -- we're the best
OM is the best at not knowing where Hot-lanta is and putting up signs of moral victories. figs. :rotflmao:

re: Arkansas Recruiting Class for 2011 - a preemptive strike

He's settling before the game even starts. Can't recruit w/ the likes of Miles, Saban, Meyer, Chez-it, etc..
re: So Nick Saban is slated to be Alabama head coach for 8 more season
Posted by LittleJerry on 4/7/10 at 11:58 pm
The best part is he has to leave one day and everyone in the SEC will be there when it happens to piss in your faces. Can't wait. I just pray he leaves b4 he surpasses his accomplishments at LSU. F*&k saban and bama.

Are you some old f*&k that personally identifies w/ Hawthorne b/c you're also beginning to experience memory lose and ramble aimlessly about god knows what?

Last night he said mahtook was "hotter than a pistol." WTF. He can't even get the cool play on words right anymore. It's "hotter than a two dollar pistol." Just sounds like a complete f*&king tard.

So take your condescending bullshite and shove it down your throat. You don't know everything, and you're not as smart and cool as you think you are.
I have no respect for posters who garner the sympathy of fellow board members by rehashing personal tragedies and then building their arguments around sentiments of pity. In fact, I think they’re idiots.
Why do alumni chapters exist? Why does UF have an alumni section in the Swamp? Why do people put alumni plates on their cars? We all know the answers to these questions – pride, ownership, etc. We all know there is a difference between those who attended a specific university and those who did not. It’s much like going to a restaurant or renting a car for the weekend – same mentality. It’s not yours – why would you care if you dirty the table, drop food on the floor or ding the car door in the parking lot? You’re getting up and leaving the restaurant shortly anyway or returning that rental Monday morning, “who cares?” But, when you truly care for something it’s because it has value and meaning for you personally. So, when I say LSU alumni are better fans than those that never attended LSU, I mean exactly that; because we’re not just supporting a jersey number or a 290 lbs. D-lineman or a guy from Lafayette that hits for the cycle -- We're supporting everything that is LSU outside of sports as well. We’re supporting the institution which supported us for so many years. And when we do watch LSU play, we’re supporting “our” fellow alumni.
Ask me again…….Do I consider myself a better fan and supporter of LSU than someone who never attended the university? You’re damn right I do! Because my donations to the EJ Ourso College of Business are more important and satisfying to me than my donations to TAF. Because I want “our” Flagship to thrive, both on and off the field, and my children and my children’s children to experience; as I did, the greatness that is Louisiana State University.

Probably not, but it's amazing to me that fans (including myself at times) are ready to run Miles out of town.
Smoke won a ton of games but everyone could see the writting on the wall and the direction the program was heading.
Les = the Smoke Laval of football
Mainiere = the Nick Saban of baseball
