Very good possibility that will happen. NW ended the season on hot streak while Au flamed out.
NW won their last 3 games 2 against ranked teams # 4 Iowa and #16 Wisconsin. Au blew 14 point leads against both Bama and UGA losing 5 of their last 7 games.
Au fans seem to think they will walk all over NW but it is not going to be as easy as they think and could very well get beat.

Alright, fine....
This will be a very close game. The game means a lot to NW. They have a good team that has had a good season. This is their first NYD bowl in a LONG time. They are pumped and are practicing and preparing to win, not just enjoy the bowl trip.
AU still has the same problems we have had all year. Depth, depth, and depth. Todd's arm seemed to fail as the year went on. That or he just got worse IMO. He needs a couple of months of not practicing or throwing to get strength back if that is the problem. I am not expecting a big game from him.
Game could go either way. 8 points is too many and if I was betting, I would DEFINITELY take NW.
I say AU by 3-4 and expect a hard fought game.

Nice response, used to actually live in miami also, went to killian high school. I really think that NW run defense will wear down by 3rd and AU will rotate RB's and NW won't be able to handle it, AU by at least 14 if not more but 14-7 AU at half.
