Auburn will win 9 games next year

9/4/10 ARKANSAS STATE W
9/11/10 @ Mississippi State W(Closer than last year, Mullen just doesn't have all the talent there yet)
9/18/10 CLEMSON W(No CJ Spiller, unsure of QB, @ JH)
9/25/10 SOUTH CAROLINA W (Playmakers on d are gone, @ JH and we sneak this one out.)
10/2/10 LOUISIANA MONROE W
10/9/10 @ Kentucky W (Auburn's depth cost them this game in 09, it won't happen twice in a row)
10/16/10 ARKANSAS ? (Leaning towards Arky but @ JH helps)
10/23/10 LSU L (I expect this one to get back on track of being a close match up but I think LSU still wins)
10/30/10 @ Ole Miss W (Not really sure about that but I think Auburn could pull it out)
11/6/10 TENNESSEE-CHATTANOOGA W
11/13/10 GEORGIA W (New QB on the road, Auburn is due on this one)
11/26/10 @ Alabama L (Too much for our new QB on the road)
Trying not to be a homer but we don't lose really anyone and we get back both starting safeties who were amazing players gone this year due to injury (McNeil & Etheridge). Gus gets his players to make his offense work and the depth helps tremendously especially on defense. The schedule really works in our favor.

I expect 10 wins next season I expect our drop off to be 2011 when we lose a lot of seniors.

I can agree with that. A lot will be dependent on how well y'alls QB does but I definitely was impressed with Chixick this year and his staff. CGC will turn Auburn around and have them in the hunt within two years and next year will be interesting.
For what it's worth, I think Chizick is a class act.

btw I heard Tyrik's thing was a fight at a bar so I think he'll be on the team next year and could start

In 2011 I think y'alls freshmen and sophomores will be better than the seniors y'all have their right now and the juniors will be ready to step up and make it happen. Auburn will be good in 2011.

That is my concern but Todd also didn't have a lot of starts going into this year he only have 5 Div I starts prior to this year. All of our QBs on roster are more talented than Todd Todd just played very smart and rarely put the team in a bad situation. Also with more talent and depth the team will be solid. Defensively most of our starters will be seniors and very good and will be backed up by solid talent. We lose a lot of seniors next year so we'll need to develop a lot of experience for 2011 or we'll have a major drop off year.

meh no one knows...I think caudle will start at the beginning of the season but rollison will earn a starting job near the end

I think Darvin Adams will have a monster year if T. Rollinson is as good as he's supposed to be. I'm still shocked that he got left off all the All SEC teams. That kid is for real.

Yeah, looks like it'll be a tight race. I've heard so many different thoughts from fans that I have no idea who is gonna start for y'all next fall.
Whatever happened to the Trotter (sp.?) kid who signed to play QB with y'all a few years ago? Heard really good things about him when he signed.

I think he may destined to be a second stringer...he tore his acl in practice this spring however

I am not so sure about us doing a lot better next year. I think 9 wins is the high end and will be happy with 8. If Caudle starts the season, I will be worried. I just do not think he is that good (though I would be happy to be proven wrong). If Tyrik is our starter, there will be growing pains.
The Clemson / SC back to back will be huge. It will be tough to win both. SC is going to be a real challenge. We will see. I said 7-8 wins this year, with 7 more likely than 8. Right now, I am saying 8-9 with 8 more likely than 9.

Marines4Auburn......I believe you snap that 3 game losing string against us @ JH......look out for State....Mullen will be tougher next year.

He's got 9 months to put on weight. Give him another summer in Chizik's S&C program to see what he can do.
