Penn State has completely folded against good competition this year. I think LSU takes this one, although it might not be a "pretty win".

Meh when given time to prepare Miles = money

Just look at games we play after bye weeks. AU this year for example. Bama last year was far better, but even with our terrible Defense we took those gumps to OT. (damn you Lee) When he has over a month to prepare you might as well just hand us the game.

Not sure because he is Bobby Bowden. What I mean is if Joe Pa leaves next year, Bobby might make a comeback. All he would have to do is go to a lower tier school until he gets the record. Knowing Bowden, I wouldn't put it past him, especially when you consider he's being forced out at FSU.

Paterno needs 16 wins to break Eddie Robinson's record for most victories by a Division I coach so I think he sticks around for two more seasons.

You'd better hope that Bama wins the MNC this year, because Saban is headed to Penn State when Paterno retires - book it.

I agree, don't start messing with him. I may not be a Penn State fan, but I have always loved Joe Pa.

I give Paterno another year, maybe two. Al Golden will take over, if he continues to improve Temple. He's a Paterno guy, and Penn State alum. I expect Penn State to stay within the Paterno family when they have to replace him.

He's on his way to ND. They gave him a 20 year contract

His contract is through the 2011 season. Joe wants one more "great" team....but so did Bowden.

Don't joke on Bowden either...I have always liked him too. Not as much as Joe Pa, because I find Joe Pa to be funny as hell

JoePa also has 10 win seasons the last 2 years. Bowden barely got 6.
