I hope the very best for Zac Etheridge. What Scott did was awesome too.

I don't worry so much about players being paralyzed or killed though. I worry about Ryan Pugh ending someone's career because he's pissed that he got his arse kicked all night long.

... and he would do that. Because he's an a-hole. He'd cheap shot someone when they weren't looking because he was butt hurt. fricking bastard.

Glad to hear the prognosis of a full recovery. The angle that they collided was really terrible and it could have had much worse results. Hope he finishes his education and has a successful future.

I'm a nurse and when I saw that hit and he didn't move, I was really scared. I'm so glad that he's going to make a recovery and hopefully he will get to play again but I doubt it. I hope he continues his education and makes something of himself. I know we all think football is our life but it's so little in the big picture. This incident brings us all together. Good luck Zac!!!

No news on the exact injury, but he has been moved to a Birmingham area hospital. Sounds like his football days may be over, but at least he will have a normal life.

Good luck to the young man, and here is hoping for a full recovery. Also, a big "way to go" to the Ole Miss player for not moving. What presense of mind.

Glad to hear things are looking up for him. I think that was scary for everyone watching yesterday.
