Nope. I looked him up and he was drafted in 2007. Wikipedia says that he plays AA ball for the Arkansas Travelers in Little Rock.

Tiffen had a razorback run 3 yards wide of him and didn't even get a finger tip on him earlier this year. We were there and they called a 15 roughing the kicker penalty on us
