shite the bed again.

Sorry, I couldn't resist.

The top basketball recruit in the country just chose Kansas over Kentucky minutes after UK assistant Mo Williams hyped up the impending decision announcement on X.

I worked at UK for a few years so sympathize with Cat fans. Pope is a living Steve Buscemi fellow kids meme. Dude just cannot connect with the young folks and doesn't seem like his staff is helping.

Get your kicks in now. This time next year he won't be employed and we'll have a coach we should have hired the first time, since we won't have that sorry arse AD anymore standing in the way of making the good hire.

Cal took their aura with him to tFlagship

Kids play for the coach, not the school.

Pope just offered me 4 million to come play for him. I told my boss down at the factory, He offered me an extra $75 a month to stay. I told Pope to kick rocks.

Dodged a bullet. Stokes was never coming here. We did get McBride, and I'm happy about that. Take the stokes money and get 2 shooting guards and I'll be optimistic for next season.

Honestly the minute Donovan left the Bulls, Kentucky should’ve fired Pope on the spot.

Cope with Pope

Who are these 2 magical guards you think you're going to get at this point, and after what we've seen this cycle, why do you think Pope could land them?

Not sure Donovan and the current college game would work, but if pope is fired next year and he us available, sure.

Is the OP an Arkansas fan? Doesn't appear to be.

Let what go? We’ve made it further than yall each of the last 2 years. Cal couldn’t make the Sweet 16 for how long at Kentucky? Maybe the problem wasn’t Kentucky. You guys would kill to have our success the last 5 years.

It really is crazy that one of the assistant coaches was hyping the announcement just prior. It really shows that staff is in way over their heads.

It only fails to work if Kentucky is too cheap for it to work

Nice to watch the most ungrateful fans in college sports have their program fall apart
