Texas A&M should be above Texas in those standings.

Absolutely dominated us. It wasn’t quite like the Arkansas beating the year before but it was dang near close.

Records identical in and out of conference, so I think it follows to alphabetical order, which often sorts shorter words before longer words in cases where they can't be alphabetically distinguished.

They are ahead as far as seeding for the SEC tournament goes, but this is just done numerically then alphabetically.

How is Auburn 8-7? They are 1st in pitching and 5th in batting.

I feel like we are about to hit a big drop in our season long roller coaster ride.

At least we're on the road, sure as hell can't win a home game.

Could just be really close games? Haven't really paid attention to Auburn really.

because we had LSU legend Pulmonary coaching our first 4 SEC games (0-4) of the season -

Carolina's actually posted a better SEC record than LSU since Paul was replaced -

USC 5-6
LSU 4-7

Tough schedule and we left our bats in Auburn for the series in Tuscaloosa. We also like to get blown out in mid week games.

It's a two team tie, so A&M would get the nod due to head to head, but it is way too early to care about tie-breakers.

I believe these stats are SEC games only.

Then I guess being swept in Tuscaloosa while leaving a ridiculous number of runners on base is the main reason.

The Gamecocks can pitch it pretty well but my Lord they are completely lost at the plate.
