He gets his shxt rocked and his right fielder makes a LEGENDARY (shoutout to Shady Sanders) catch, robbing Monster Milam of a dong. Certainly he’s going to tip his cap to the man that made the play, right? NOPE, this thug is jumping up and down, pounding his chest acting like he made the play. Sit your arse down and hold this L. Bum ahh. STTDB

Am I mistaken or when they pulled him did they show him in the dugout a little later in street clothes and a backpack, like he was heading to the library? I thought that was really odd.

Perhaps he was actually celebrating Shady Sanders' catch by not allowing one of his pitches to go the yard?

Serious question: What's happened over the last few years to make the culture of college baseball so... douchey?
I don't follow the sport very closely [insert Bama baseball joke here], but some of the clips I see online really surprise me with the levels of taunting, showboating, and generally unsportsmanlike behavior. There seems to be a very particular culture in the top tiers of college baseball normalizing behavior that I thought was discouraged at the pro level. (But hey, maybe I'm wrong about that too?)

It’s a reflection of today’s society.

The RF made a fantastic play and Mack controlled the tigers bats. He has not had a great season so he was excited.
Slander should have not pulled him unless he was hurt

It’s not just college. The bat flip stuff really broke open with the Bautista one in the ALCS vs. the Rangers. The difference is that the players can address it later, like Odur did at second a year later, and keep it at a reasonable level. Whereas when will Kentucky get that chance vs. Dardar? And you could say that was in response to the Kentucky players staring down our pitchers whenever they walked. Easy to peacock when you’re not afraid of getting hit in the mouth

The people you see playing college ball were born in like 2007. They've grown up their whole adolescent lives watching shite like that on YouTube or tiktok so they want to emulate it.
