This 2026 team is remarkably unclutch so far; hopefully, they can clean it up like they did last year.

The team has no identity on offense. They rely basically on 1 bat and if he’s not hitting HRs we don’t manufacture offense and certainly don’t hit with men on base well at all. Long season, maybe they figure it out, but there’s been some very head scratching games from this team the last 2 weeks or so. Weekend pitching seems pretty good though and that can win you some games.
