Which Tuscaloosa County Circuit Judge without ties to the University of Alabama do they propose to replace him with? They ought to be filing a motion for change of venue.

It’s now reasonable to predict Alabama not making it to the tournament due to the number of eventual vacated wins. Or the NCAA flexing the last bit of power it has in denying their entry.

You can basically do anything you want in college athletics these days. The NCAA is powerless.

Except for what Alabama did. Imagine being this stupid (to lose a game at home) and bring this down on yourselves.

Looking at the rest of their bench.

Allen May got his undergrad degree from Auburn, his masters at Missouri, and his law degree at Alabama.

Daniel Pruet went to Alabama for undergrad and Samford for Law School.

Elizabeth Hamner went to Alabama for undergrad and law school

Dennis Steverson was joint appointed to fill a vacancy. Not a fricking chance he overturns anything if he wants to be elected later this year. he is also an Alabama alum. And this is the problem for all of them. They're elected officials. They're not supposed to care about the decisions they make and the electorate but they all do.

Not a donor. Big difference. Their argument can’t be “he graduated from Ole Miss”

"It looks bad to the public and the media is bashing us" the judge needs to be removed.

Could get an auburn grad but i’m not sure pizza delivery drivers have the requisite wisdom to weigh the evidence.

Bama playing 3d chess here:

Have the NCAA state that the games Bediako plays in won't count towards NCAA tourney selection and lose them all. Hereby not having to count all the losses.

That will be the argument. His grandson is still there I believe or just graduated and I guarantee the NCAA will use that to try and get a different judge.
