Frank Wilson is the running back coach at Ole Miss. I guess the position coach doesn't matter in this case. Ole Miss using Wilson for Louisiana rather than position coaches.

This isn't uncommon. Lots of colleges assign regions to coaches to recruit, as opposed to assigning players based on what position they coach. That way coaches can hit up more players in a smaller radius.

Frank Wilson looking a bit chunky in the face there. Must be all those cold chicken tenders in Oxford making him that way. Probably depression eating after the realization that he joined Pete Golding's staff. Sad to see.

Let's hope Albert Simien is smarter than Frank Wilson. Come join the good bad guys of college football Simien and be a part of something special.

Frank Wilson has a job to do. It was clear that CLK wasn’t going to retain Frank so he works his way into a job with Ole Miss. That puts him on the other side now. This won’t be the last time we see him, so folks best get used to it.

The early evidence for LSU is that recruiting under CLK appears in good shape based upon a limited sampling of early signings and portal transfer signings. The loss of Frank to Ole Miss does not yet appear to be the catastrophic event that was projected on here by some at the time of his departure.

Frank was also the head coach at Mcneese so it makes sense he’d recruit lake Charles

Ole Miss fans think Frank is going to raid La of all the top talent, they are going to find out fast Frank is not going to be able to pull the top talent out of this state with Lane and his coaches…

He didn’t get top talent last time he was at OM. Maybe NIL will help him this time but if it comes down to money, the FW effect is minimizes.

Yeah, you’re right… He only had three guys end up in the NFL coming off Ed Orgeron seasons.

Big time talent, not back burner recruits that ended up average sec players.
