Didn’t he throw for like 86 yards against MSU?

Yep. Which means he'll be no good at LSU under Kiffin

Would you at least agree that there’s nothing so far that screams “SEC fricked”?

Yeah if you move them up a good 60 yards he might have scored more against them.

Oh I dont agree with that part at all. I think the SEC will be more wide open than it ever has been next year

Absolutely not a knock against the kid - I'm genuinely curious.
His injury was slated to be potentially something that could impact him long term. I presume his rehab has gone well and it does not appear to be hampering him going forward? I know Lisfranc surgery has a recovery time for 6-12 months, and the hope he'll be at the bottom end of that recovery time (6 months).
If the worst happens and he takes longer to recover, what's LSU backup plan? Who's the QB that you feel steps in if the need arises?
Already on the roster (presuming not transferring):
Colin Hurley
Ju'Juan Johnson
Tre People
Emile Picarella III
Michael Van Buren Jr.

As someone who saw Leavitt in the playoffs a couple seasons back, this is a good get for the swamp kitties.
In that playoff game he played well, probably better than Quinn. Of course that year he had an actual freak (Scattebo) helping him out, not sure the corndogs have one of those.

Wonder what the compensation was for Leavitt signature?
More or less than Sorsby?
