What's the actual justification being used to get Chambliss another year?

Surely they aren't using other QBs like Pavio, Max Johnson, etc as their justified examples.

1) Trinidad had a sore throat 4 years ago.
2) Lane Kiffin was mean to us.
We’ll see what the judge says.

Kiffin is the one who started this process.

And is still working to help Trinidad. I read he’s the one who got tom mars involved.

Was hoping all this extra year stuff was behind us now that Covid super seniors are gone. But here are 2021 freshman still trying.

Guess the downvotes are those that believe those QBs are great examples to use.
Anyway, seems like an easy process but w/o that famed covid year or a year missed for medical... he's likely done.

So Kiffin gonna Kiffin and try to tamper with the Rebel's QB.

He missed close to a month with mono which caused a nasty case of tonsilitis which made him miss more time. He missed 2/3 of the 2022 season.
The issue is that Ferris State didn't document it but he has some medical documentation for it. Allegedly an NCAA official admitted the medical documentation fit the requirements to Tom Mars on audio so Tom gonna Tom.

You would think they could use an academic eligibility clause and have the universities establish universal academic requirements to help keep some of this in check.
In real life, if my kid wants to transfer to another school, he is required to hit certain benchmarks, credit hours, applicable classes to his major, etc. to be eligible for that transfer. Not sure why it’s different if they are “student/athletes“.
But then we all know that they really aren’t “student/athletes“. They are paid professional athletes, and they are having someone else log in and take their ‘classes’ on line.
