No receipts attached to this and the account has few followers so it's more than likely excrement, but it has enough traction to have made the Locked on Canes podcast.

I wouldn't even be mad at them. and it certainly would explain Indiana going 16-0

If true, college football deserves it. Let it all burn down.

You could not cheat well enough to do what they’ve managed to do this year.

I have bo idea if they are or are not (gonna lean towards not until someone can produce proof), BUT...it would not surprise me in the least if the next big cheating scandal in sports is something similar to this.

The "quality control" departments of these programs have become massive in a lot of cases and highly competitive people that run these programs will always look for an edge. Going all digital pirate to find cloud stored video of practices or entire playbooks will happen at some point.

Easy fix: quit loading all your film to the cloud.

Use VHS tapes like back in the day

The coach built his team from the portal instead of blowing money on 4and 5 stars that will most likely sit the bench for a year or 2. And use them as backups.
Unlike teams like GA that recruits at a high level but they still young inexperienced players.
Indiana is smart I think more teams will start doing this until the rules get changed

Hmmm. These grapes seem very, very sour.
