I think Lane will get you a trophy but let’s see him win it first before you hand over one of the trophies that Orgeron won for your team. I think Lane will win one within five years. And they’ll beat an overmatched Big XII team

Lane wouldn’t have won it either. Miami was superior in the trenches, it showed in the stat line. Pete Weiss the ole miss players and staff did a helluva job putting them in place to win the game late in the fourth. Coaching wasn’t the issue.
