Arkansas is doing this with Memphis. The funny part is, Memphis only beat Arkansas by 1 point this past year thanks to a miraculous fumble by Arkansas on a game winning drive.

Arkansas may be worse next year than they were this year

I know the guy has done a good job at Iowa State. He would rather trust the players he cultivated than the ones currently at PSU. I think it’s a bad mistake. Time will tell.
