It's a 1m 22sec video. Give it a listen.

Even at my own job. I work in govt. I'm now on 3,256 consecutive days working from home. Supposedly people can't do real work from home I guess.

At my company, we have developers in about 4 different parts of the country in 3 different time zones and we obviously can collaborate effectively.

We also never work more than 8 hours a day / 40 hours per week. We still get shite done and haven't lost a single bid.

Seems like a lot of grinding out there, not just in football/sports but even in the business world and people aren't getting shite done -- still ... teams are looking like shite and not winning.

What's going on? No wonder coaches like Boom are so psychotic.

Let's hold off on Cig. Ed O and Chizik have still won more important games than he has.

A lot of that Gruden mentality "I sleep in the office" is just vanity. They just want to posture that they've outworked everyone. Too many people confuse activity with productivity.

Exactly. Both coaches won big with Heisman QBs who went #1 overall and fell off a cliff soon thereafter.

Cignetti is a good coach but let’s see how he does in the years to come.

It also gives them an excuse for not going home, allowing them to cheat on their SO's, which seems to be pretty common place in that profession

I’m still not used to seeing all these Indiana fans on an SEC website. It’s like wtf are you doing here, you don’t even go here!

My work expectations for our employees:
It's not what time you arrive that matters...it's what you accomplish once you've arrived.
