If you care to watch anymore, the one bright side thing I can take away from here is we're getting a team that has either never won a title or hasn't won one in a long time, we got
Indy - one of the worst P5 FBS programs in the country who looks damn good
Oregon - never won a title also Lanning is their coach
Miami - only one left with a 21st century title guess it depends on how much you like Beck
Ole Miss - no title since the 60s also could be nice to watch them win after Kiffin screwed them

My late Uncle and Grandfather were huge Ole Miss alumni/fans oing back to when they won a few Natty's in the late 50's and early 60's so I am rooting for Ole Miss.

I am rooting for Ole Miss, Chambliss played his heart out and so did their defense. Karma enema for Kiffin.

Ole miss probably

Never hated Ole Miss, so I'm rooting for them....and it would really PO the rest of the country if another SEC still ends up winning in the end

It is between Indi and Ole Mess. I like both their QBs.
I also like that Indy has done this without all the prima-donna NIL athletes. I am sure they have paid some, but not at the level that we and other big names schools have.
Sorta like supporting the underdog. Plus, I LOVE what they did to Bama.

I have no desire to watch any of it.
But I’m sure that will change by next week. I guess watching OM win it all after Lane leaving would be kind of funny knowing he walked away from the chance to have a natty under his belt.

I invite you to join the Miami bandwagon. #10 seed. They don’t let Beck throw because he’s the only one who might mess things up. Reuban Bain looks like he’s 33 years old. It’s a lot of fun.

What is this “we?” Do you need others make the decision for you?
Just weird that you need to find out who others are rooting for in order to decide who you will root for.

Couple years ago, I finally got my brother to start watching college ball. We both grew up Yankees where college ball was basically irrelevant (Chicago).
He and his family now call Oregon home so selling him on college ball actually worked out better because his home state team was a contender. I can’t help but root for the Ducks just so college ball gets its greedy, powerful hooks even deeper into his sports-loving soul.
He and his family now attend at least 2 games a year and, at home, he watches far more than just his Ducks. It’s fantastic.
Go Ducks!

I won't watch any of it. I don't want any coaches fired or anything like that, just don't care about this sport in the current format anymore

Ole Miss because SEC. Need to take the natty away from the Big 10 and reassert SEC dominance.

Not watching any of it. On to basketball for me.

When you get stuck replaying the best two teams you played in the season back to back it does kinda suck. No one else played 10 sec games. Edit I guess bama did.

I agree. Before I knew we had to play them I said if not us then Ole Miss. poetic justice to Lane, great story of 1st title since the 60’s, and SEC takes rightful ownership of college football back.

I think it would be hilarious if Miami won it all.
The bobo apologists would just try to paint it in a way that doesn’t make their damn good dawg look bad though.
In all honesty I want the national championship game to be between Indiana and Ole Miss. I really like what Cig has been able to do at Indiana in a short amount of time.
And I also think Lane is a scumbag and for his former team to actually win the big one without him, that would be a sight to see.

I'm struggling to follow your train of thought here. Could you elaborate on what you mean? Specifically, why would you deem it "hilarious" if Miami won it all? And how would that make Mike Bobo look bad?
