But without him in a higher stakes game they could. Pretty cut and dry proof. Ole miss is better without him on the sidelines. So he will get you the players just like every lsu coach does but won’t be able to use them as well as a Pete Golding

Nothing will be sweeter than LSU rolling into Oxford year 1 next season and beating Jim Beam Golden with a roster built from scratch using former Ole Miss offensive coaches.

Ah yes

The DC who blew a 17 point lead in Athens took over as HC with a borrowed offensive staff and blew a 10 point lead with 7:00 left.

THAT guy is definitely on the fast track to being great.

Absolutely love LSU fans didn’t think we’d advance beyond the first round and can only focus on next year and assumptions. Coming off a loss to Houston… in the Texas Bowl. And 24-19. It’s just like… damn man.

Who thought Ole Miss was losing to Tulane?

Man that was a tough loss. Glad we stole that head coach and the offensive staff from that team that beat us.

I don’t know. You? I just said yall didn’t think we’d advance BEYOND the first round. Not only did we get past the first round, we have advanced beyond the 2nd on to the 3rd. Reading. Hard. Oh all that other stuff I pointed out too.

Not advancing beyond the first round would mean you lost to Tulane, genius.

You advanced beyond the second round tonight.

That would require losing to Tulane…..

Wow, so you’re just dumb.

Not advancing past the first round, as you said, would require losing in the first round.

God I love this. Just a total meltdown. It’s sooooo cringe. Keep looking ahead to next season and obsessing over OM. Houston.

You love failing spectacularly in trying to make a point? That’s weird.

Alabama got blown out by Georgia!

Not as bad as Indiana blew them out, but still.

oof. Ole miss is better without him on the sidelines.

Just like when Alabama thought they were better off without him on the sidelines in the 2017 NC game against Clemson and relieved him of his duties after he took the FAU job. How’d that work out?

Defense played a lot better without Lane around too. That wasn’t even the same defense USC saw when we played them.
