The team you saw tonight had 0% chance of beating Oregon or Indiana. The injuries don't help either.

We would have had a shot at Miami, but that would just be delaying the inevitable. The worst feeling in the world is making it to the natty and losing. I have no issue with getting this L out of the way.

Ole Miss was the better team and I see them in the finals. I know people talk bad about their defense but their defense is pretty damn good all things considered and their offense can score on anybody.

Its hard to argue, especially after losing Frazier.

Chambliss is a gamer, and should be leading the heisman odds going into the season next year.

Kirby needs to adjust his NIL strategy or we will be Clemson.

I agree.

How do you think this OL would do against that Miami defense?

While I agree, I refuse to believe Ole Miss is the better team. Our staff absolutely shat the bed.

We weren’t beating Miami with this OL.

At least now we don’t have to lose to Beck so some dweebs can run their mouth about that

I believe he’s going to court for another year of eligibility. He’s not currently eligible for next season.

Embarrassing to lose to this Ole Miss team going through all of the coaching turmoil. The defense was absolute dogshit tonight, all night long. Kirby and his staff got their asses handed to them by Pete Golding.

It'll be interesting to see what happens when Ole Miss plays against a defense who doesn't look like they forgot how to play football next week. Miami is going to stomp a mudhole in their asses.

And Carson Beck doesn’t deserve to beat us.

There is one thing we can all be thankful for.

I'm hoping Lanning can now pull the upset next week.

We had him dead to rights - three people free on him - and he not only scrambled out of it but pitched it to the running back for a positive play. It was unreal how much faster he is - than linebackers and dlineman and he Juked Everette out of his damn shoes. We really needed our linebackers in this game and it just wasn't happening. They murdered us with slants and running RPO. We had no answer for it.

473 yards of offense given up says it all, simply not a good enough defensive performance to win.

Can you tell us Kirby's NIL strategy? I haven't heard or read it anywhere.

On their TD drive we had him dead to rights twice. Hell…he scrambled back to the goal line on that one play. It took a miracle for them to convert.

The players play the game - the coaches don't. They are still absolutely loaded and probably wanted to prove something and did.

This is the most alarming thing to me tonight. I just don't understand how the defense got exposed this hard, especially in the second half. Maybe the injuries caught up to us, but damn.

Oregon is a clone of us and Ohio state. Good but not dominant. Indiana just beat the same arse team we did and almost lost to a very bad Penn state team. There are no real dominant teams. Ole Miss was our greatest challenge, as Kirby has always struggled against these offenses.
