The problem with this offense is we are not physical. Our offensive line is an embarrassment, and our running game coordination is a fricking joke. Cignetti, in year two with Indiana talent, is smoking us up front with their offensive line and imposing their will on Alabama. We have to evaluate the way we coach and play offense if we want to be successful moving forward.

I have been a CKD fan, and I'm going to remain a supporter. However, we must see vast improvement up front and in the physicality of this team overall if he is going to remain the coach at Alabama long-term. We cannot be pushed around up front like we have been for the last two seasons and survive, especially in this conference.

People are only saying Indiana Talent because of the name of the school...I see a shite ton of talented players out there manhandling the Tide

The problem with this offense is

Bad blocking schemes, poor play calling, and keeping 2 future NFL starting quarterbacks on the bench in favor of a future career NFL clip board holder

Edit: Ty is a good quarterback, I’m just irritated that 10 has been on the bench all season including the disasters against Oklahoma and SEC Title games

I don't see why not. He went to the playoff in his second season. He's recruiting excellently. He clearly has to make some offensive changes and especially on the o-line, beginning with the o-line coach. I don't see any reason not to support him.

Year 3 and you’re in the quarterfinals of a playoff AFTER losing the best coach the game has ever seen. IU is a flash. And I HATE Bama but they’ll be just fine. Ty Simpson wasn’t what he was cracked up to be and yalls offense paid the price this year. That’s all.

Maybe. I personally think he's a better coach than Brian Kelly, but we will see how it plays out.

He performs MUCH better vs ranked teams and worse vs unranked teams.

It ends up basically being a wash, their teams look very similar. No physicality, they let everything come to them, no running game, shitty special teams, etc

Cignetti got a bunch of 5th and 6th year covid transfers. The majority of the Indiana players are on their last year of eligibility.

I wonder if DeBoer shouldn't have hit the portal more for experienced players.

I mean y'all never lost 4 games in a season since Saban's first year. It's been 15 years since a 3 loss season. Bout to rack up back to back 4 loss seasons.

It ain't Harsin or Hugh, but the flags are there.

Kalen killed a kid?
Or
Kelly ever won a CFP game?

Nah, this is what a good fundamentally sound football team looks like. We haven't seen one like it since Saban's salad bowl days.

Same because CKD is the best we can get right now unless by miracle we can get Cignetti (I know Kirby ain't leaving Georgia and nor should he).
