6-5 290. Definitely can be a replacement for Overton. USC was playing him inside.

Overton is/was playing Bandit at 285, so they're similar in size.
Seems they were both used incorrectly at their previous schools. They tried to make Overton a 240lb LB at A&M, while USCw kept trying this guy on the interior with middling results.

That sounds about right. I think we'll target another DL and OLB, someone who's lethal.....

We need to load up on as many DL as we can. LT and TK are gone. Not sure if J.Smith has any eligibility left.
Hope to have Simmons and Keeley back. Faga probably. E.Hill? Big Steve? Not sure who all we have left in that room. Nobody that is gonna be preseason All-Anything.

James Smith has one more year. Keely will be back. Same with Jordan Renaud, Edric Hill, Isaiah Faga, London Simmons. Would be HUGE getting Jeremiah Beamon back from the knee injury. I’m also hoping Mboumoua will finally have the game click mentally. Dude is physically ready now, he just needs to mentally figure it out.
Nolan Wilson is currently listed at 250 lbs but if he can put on 20-25 lbs between now and next August, he could see some action if he can figure what he needs to do.
That said, it’d be huge to get a quality DE/DT in the portal.

DL is obviously always a position of need but I think we’re going to be in a decent spot unless we have some unforeseen turnover via early declares or transfer portal.
LB is the biggest concern on that side of the ball.

You sure? I personally wouldnt like playing in the 3 down lineman defense where im getting doubled the entire time and cant apply any pressure. I dont think any of them fit the system. They arent long or big enough.
