What about the other matchups?

How are we looking against Ole Miss? I think we match up better now than we did in the first game.

I'm gonna wait for Brooks Austin to tell me what to think before I offer my "own" opinion.

I think it's gonna be a one score game. They look exactly the same as they have the same coordinaters. Heck maybe slightly better without kiffen

It's a sample size of one game.... Against Tulane with half a coach..

Miami has less than a 15% chance of winning in my sophomoric opinion.

I think both defenses are good but OSU’s offense is better.

Using the Tulane game as insight to how they will match up with Ohio St or Georgia isn't really possible.

QB play, RB talent, OL talent, Receiver talent, TE talent, both talent and size and speed, Tulane has nothing that can compare to those teams. I'm not saying Tulane is UT-Chattanooga, they are better than that, but the personnel gap between Tulane and Oh St/UGA is very very wide. Obviously goes for the defense too.

Ohio State is going to beat Miami's arse. That defense against Carson Beck is going to be ugly, ugly, ugly. Miami only has one skill player who strikes fear into a defense.

Something like 27-10 OSU sounds right.

OSU has better players at most positions and should win comfortably.

I've already predicted Miami over Ohio State. It might not be a shutout though.

I wish that the play-off would be expanded to 16 teams with the same at home concept, but taking the top 16 ranked teams in the country and seeding it highest vs. lowest and reseeding after each game based on highest vs. lowest rank until the championship.

That would be cool and would increase the chance of having the best two teams in the championship.

I think it was Joe Tessitore who said something yesterday to the effect of "NCAA has to let in these lesser conference champs to avoid antitrust lawsuits"

I don't know how true that is.

Ole Miss is screwed. Dawgs are peaking.

I would love UM to win. I give them a punchers chance. Maybe 3 out of 10. But it could happen. OSU could shite the bed.

Yes. Miami has a chance. People will soon see that OSU’s O-Line is fat and slow. They also can’t run the ball against good teams. Their shitty schedule has painted this make believe picture that they can’t be beat. I call BS and I believe Bain & Co will eat that young QB alive. Miami has a better O-Line and run game and guts out another ugly low scoring game.

If the format was changed to top rankings and base it on Coaches and AP, who would they sue? The Coaches and AP polling?

Toss out the championship silliness. That just guarantees bad games. Go with rankings.

The first round would still have blowouts, but if each round was reseeded to match better ranked vs lowest rank, the games should get better and better.

I HATE the bracketing once and only format.

I'm thinking without Kiffin they will not have the synergy to work together. If timing is off on offense they might be a little sloppy and make some mistakes.

Ohio State has overall better players, but Miami has a good offensive and defensive line which can keep you in a lot of games. A few busted coverages and turnovers go Miami’s way and they have a shot. If not Ohio State has better odds. Miami has played a harder schedule which could help them.
