I’ve never understood these guys who are in Leadership positions who are supposed to be leading by example, not taking better care of themselves physically.
Especially when they have literally the best food, nutrition and workout resources in the World at their disposal.
Just flat out lazy, I get all of our genetics are different, but some of these guys just don’t GAF.
I prefer a guy running around my teams sideline looking respectable.

Hopefully he will take the offseason to make some changes. Especially in how he eats, exercises, etc. He has access to some amazing nutritionists

The building that he spends 14+ hours a day in is probably a 2 minute walk from a gajillion dollar workout + performance nutrition complex.
How can you expect discipline, work ethic, attention to detail, and 100% effort from subordinates when you can't even be bothered to not be 180 pounds overweight with unlimited nutrition and fitness resources at your disposal?
