JMU ruins the spread on a meaningless 99 yard TD drive to end game. Vegas cleans up. Despite getting destroyed the entire game. Giving up 500+ yards of offense and over 50 points. Somehow they managed to easily score all 2nd half.

Based on all the bitching I'm seeing on social media, that 99 TD drive wasn't meaningless.

Vegas cleans up either way, that's why spreads move. Equal bets on both sides.

So Vegas isn’t taking money on both sides of the bet?

I'm still in disbelief at Moore throwing that awful pass on the goal line and ruining the 3rd quarter cover.
For a second I thought Marcel Reed had transferred up to Oregon mid-game.

Dave has no idea how Vegas works.

The Ducks are like Oklahoma under Bob Stoops. Will score a shite load but also give up big points

There's a really easy fix.
Don't bet on games.

Of course they take both sides of the bet but he made it seems like they just make their money off the juice.....absolutely false. Do you know anything about gambling?

Naw, lets talk about it....you guys act like you know shite but dont. You guys telling me Vegas only makes juice money on their wagers? Thats fricking funny when they make billions more over what is wagered.

It was like Oregon smoked a blunt at halftime and didn’t give a frick the rest of the game.

How are you struggling to see that? They are saying Vegas moves the lines to take all the action in the middle. Basically saying they dont care who wins....they make all their money off the juice.

Vegas sets an arbitrary number as a line. Then they wait and see how much money rolls in from either side. That amount (number of bets) is what pulls the line in one direction or another. Think of a game like tug of war where you have several people on one side with the rope against several on the other side of the rope
