If you go by “rules” Bama and BYU shouldn’t be penalized according to the gutless wonder board members. If you go by football team and reasoning, neither are top 12 teams ATM and shouldn’t be in.

I'd be happy going back to the old BCS 2 or 4 team only Championship. No one outside the top 4 are worthy. But, as it is we are in the top 12. Thats the reality.
