Cool watching these fans cheer for a team that has never done shite. Feel good for them.
NIL and a workable transfer portal at work. Cignetti is like a God here.

Probably should hired him over DeBoer, he’s the closest thing to Saban other than Kirby

Watching Mendoza and Sayin (ugh) slinging it is making me sick.

Was Cignetti ever considered when Saban retired?

both teams are making each other look good
whereas SEC devoured the other team
In fairness their DL OL WR are all very superior

He was head coach at JMU.
Byrne would have been out on his arse if that had been the hire

I hate the "we should have hired Kiffin/Sark" cries because both of those coaches wouldn't be much of an upgrade over Deboer but Cignetti is the real deal.
I feel he was still considered a gamble at the time Saban retired as he was relatively butbut had he had two years under his belt at Indy to prove he's no fluke, he'd be on our sidelines today.
That's why I said if Florida or LSU was serious about winning, they would have opened up the checkbook for Cignetti.

Cignetti is in his 60s, he wasn't on our radar. What he's done at Indiana is incredible but he's got 4-5 years left in him.

Man that Indy defense pursues well …

Must be fun watching QBs who actually lnow how to move away from pressure and still make throws... not just panic and run backward.

Either of these teams would run us out of the stadium right now …

I'd take that over the 2 years of shite we've had

Mendoza is a helluva QB. This place just went nuts again with that throw and catch.

Must be nice to play no one and be nice and fresh at season's end.
