They have not won an outright conference championship in football since 1955.

Who gives a shite. This big 12 now is equal to the AAC. Bunch of G-5 teams like Texas tech, UCF, Cincinnati. No one cares. Should be a mercy 12 spot on the playoff.

All it took was 70 years + texas, OU, Arky and A&M leaving their conference.

Oh I forgot to mention Colorado and Nebraska who also won Big 12 titles before Tech and then left the conference.

Oh that's right, they lost both in 2007 and 2008. Removing Mizzou from the list - I'm sure they're used to it.
