After the blocked punt it felt like the curtain lifted. We did what we needed to do on offense and defense played lights out.

Truly a beautiful thing to see. This is the 5th time I’ve seen us play Bama at Mercedes in the SECCG. To see us finally win one and just kick their arse start to finish is just so great to see. Was thinking we’d win a close defensive struggle, 20 - 17 kind of thing.
We are so much better than we were Bama round one, and in good shape for the playoffs. Feeling pretty, pretty good after tonight. Go Dawgs!

You're right, it just feels different now, especially given the blowout. I was telling my buddies before the game that I would love to have a game where we led the entire time and there was little to no drama. Kirby delivered.

Definitely. Even in 21 it was a one possession game with 2 minutes left. This one felt like a boa constrictor where they had no chance at pretty much any point in the game.
Even though they've racked up some losses over the last few years, Alabama hasn't looked like..*that*.. in a long arse time. Like totally helpless with no hope to do anything.
Now let's win in Tuscaloosa next year
