Lol this is where your wrong , rev sharing has changed, teams only have 20 million to share with athletic department as a whole. Every team will have mostly the same, you have to pick and choose who you want to spend your money on. Nil money besides rev share will have to be approved by NCAA.

You better research it.
There is also still unlimited on top of the cap but it must be tied to businesses. The 20.5 million is direct payments from school/boosters. Lsu has been getting ready for this.
