Foggy and no wind. Since this shite weather started, virtually nothing on camera, the few showing up are mommas still with babies hanging around. Only a couple of bucks off 4 cameras. Not even much at night.

Sat here yesterday afternoon, only saw 1 doe, and a cow horn spike that will be eradicated if he shows up this morning.

I’ll be back in the saddle this afternoon, heading for The Landmass, hoping to be in a blind by 3. Very little activity the past couple of days with the warmth and the fog. Cold mornings next week!

Be safe and shoot straight guys.
Should ask for Howard or Shelly and ask them to tell the offender to STFU. They would
Pure as the driven snow. My poor gf had to get jabbed to keep her job under the Goosestepping Herr Edwards and spent nearly a year suffering through vaccine related injuries (diagnosed by multiple doctors), ironically, threatening the job she took the jab to keep.

One thing to think about. I’ve already given instructions that if I were to need a blood transfusion, my two sons and their Mom are to be my blood donors. I don’t want that damn mRNA in my body by any means.

Fauci lied, millions died.
We lost that one game to Archie Manning, on the road, 26-23, IRRC. We got our payback the following year when he played with a cast on his arm, and we completely destroyed them.

That 1969 team was slated to go to the Cotton Bowl, but the Irish lifted their self imposed no bowl policy at the last minute, and the Cotton Bowl tossed us aside. So, if you don’t hate ND for any other reason, use this one. That 1969 team had an unbelievable defense. Mac’s loyalty to his OC Charlie Peavy was his downfall, much like Jim Mora and Carl Smith. Wasted defenses because of anemic offenses, and stuck in the same league with dynasties built by HOF coaches (Bear and Bill Walsh)

The majority of the wheelchair brigade leaving MSY don’t seem to fit any of these, unless being morbidly obese is a disability. I’ve been bearing this drum for years, the Mile High healing is the main driver for SWA to move to assigned seats. When 12-15 fatties load up first, prime seats and overhead bins fill up quick. At least they aren’t allowed to sit on the Exit Row.
My final game in TGBFTL. Great trip for a poor college student, marched in the morning parade at Disney and got free run of the park afterwards. The GG’s were out of my league, but the flag girls were more than willing to enjoy the trip. :pimp:

I grew up around the corner from Mac, he lived in a very modest home compared to those that came after. His wife was quite the Belle, and his son Scott was a tank in our neighborhood tackle football games.

Simpler times.

Back working for the man a couple of days before hitting the woods again next weekend. After yesterday, I need to add an extra gun like .257. I was hunting my favorite stand that looks up and down the main road. Sure as shite, I’m swiveled right and came back left and watched the rack disappearing in the woods.

And to add insult to injury, as I’m driving back to BR, the 6pt cull and the big doe I’ve only seen nocturnally both chowed down for 30+ minutes under the feeder for that stand from 4:45 until nearly dark. How do they know? :banghead:

Hope you guys getcha one today. Feels like the early teal season weather. :yack:

55* misting rain, some fog down in the swamp
My favorite box in the woods, camera made it look like the fog wasn’t too bad

Last hunt until Friday afternoon, likely won’t fool with a doe this morning, so targeting a couple of culls I’ve seen.

Good luck and be safe fellows.

Back on the very back of the property near the river. They’ve stomped a mud hole around the feeder and no one has hunted here this year. Activity on camera way down since I made the rounds filling feeders, hoping they will settle down (and start the rut) by when I return next Friday.

Question. What time do you guys get into your spot for an evening hunt? We’ve always targeted being locked and loaded by 3:00, wondering if that’s too late?

Sounds like she got her due process the Dims are constantly wailing about. :dunno:
Fields just West of Falfurrius were loaded with them last week. I’d love to get in on a hunt for them sometime. Nice impromptu hunt!

Saw a Yearling Spike and two Mommas with last year’s yungguns in tow. Had to watch my cell camera lighting up from the next stand down where the big 6 pt cull I want to take fed for over 30 minutes. :banghead:

Hunting the back of the property, saw a ton of tracks when I went to replace the batteries in one of my cell cameras. Shame on me for trying Amazon brand LiOHc they crapped out in a couple of weeks, my most active camera shot pics from February until September on Energizers

Saw a buck chasing a doe while we were riding in on the Trace yesterday evening, hoping they are getting close here.
Roger, at least you are honest about being a liberal, even if you have stayed in the closet on other things.
Everytime I think Maxine Waters or AOC are the dumbest members of Congress, a picture gets posted reminding me they have competition.
Oh, in addition to being a Leftist contrarian that thinks he’s clever, he really is a dim bulb. Apparently he’s paid for his supposed law practice by the word, even if they are meaningless.
It goes back further to when Barry imported an entire town of inbred terrorists and settled them in Minnesota and Michigan. This has been brewing for well over a decade and been funded with our tax dollars laundered through Soros NGO’s.

Meanwhile, he funded lower level offices off the radar that we are now seeing in activists in black robes, intentionally incompetent DA’s and LEO’s, and more than a few Mayors and members of Congress.
You get by by being too stupid to realize any of this. Ignorance is bliss.
