We replaced two standard water heaters with tankless in my previous house. In the course of doing so, turned out that the vent stack wasn’t a large enough diameter, and had to be replaced, so that increased the cost a good bit. Possibly could have gotten by with two smaller ones, but the upcharge on the units was small. Zero regrets.

A simple recipe we love. Dust with seasoned flour, panfry in a little bit of butter and EVOO deglaze the pan with a mixture of lemon juice and Lemoncello, whisk in a bit of the seasoned flour to thicken and add capers. Pour over the fish. Quick, easy and delicious.
