Why is Lane singled out when it comes to bouncing around jobs?

This isn’t new. Saban did it until he reached Bama. Dennis Erickson. Jimmy Johnson. Urban Meyer. Lou Holtz, Chip Kelly, Mike Riley, etc. This is absolutely nothing new.
Hell, I won’t be surprised if Lane leaves my beloved LSU in a blaze of glory. It’s what you do when you’re here that counts. The players sure as hell ain’t loyal anymore. Are we really gonna use a guy’s brief stint at Oakland under Al Davis as some example of poor ethics? That organization has been a dumpster fire for decades. And Tennessee post-Fulmer? They stooped to Derek Dooley levels.
This happens in college hoops also. Lane seems to catch more shite than anybody.

Bro doesn't matter, delete this coach win melt before anyone sees it quick!

No ten win a year coach has ever left his team for another SEC job. Ever. It’s unprecedented in this league.

Glad we could be a part of history together

but it's Lane. Joey Freshwater. Big difference than the stupid coaches fired on the tarmac.
Can't you just see. It's not better players that win it's Joey.

Because he hasn't won anything.

But that’s not the narrative. The narrative is he bounces around, multiple times. One of those times he was fired, so not sure how that’s even a factor.

Do you really wanna know or is this just a "lane did the right thing" justification post?

Elko has bounced around more than Lane

Sure, fire away.
He’s a grown man, he doesn’t need me to say he’s a saint. His social media presence alone lets everyone know he’s a troll. Like I said…I can’t anticipate his leave from LSU being pretty whenever that day comes. I don’t care…just win.

TLDR
Lane is a living history of job transition train wrecks. No one has an issue with coaches taking on new jobs. People have an issue with how Lane has managed them in the cases he wasn’t terminated.

I can see the point, but is that REALLY the complaint? He’s a ho because he leaves, not because of how he leaves.

I nor anyone thinks he's a bad guy for taking another job. That's the American way. Its the way he handled both exits. During the Tennessee exit he knew he fricked them and gave his staff bullshite titles to make sure usc wasn't responsible for any payout and reached out to the kids that had signed letters of intent to not attend class so he could frick them even further. At ole miss he lingered about whether he was going to leave his cfp team and only when bama lost was he willing to leave and tried to strong arm his previous team. Do you not think its odd noone else has ever felt this way about a coaches exit?

Coaches rarely leave before the end of the regular season.

They have, it's just mostly happened at fanbases that don't post here.
For instance, Duke was absolutely pissed that Elko told them he wasn't leaving them left in the middle of the night.

He brings it on himself by running his mouth and trolling. He should be able to deal with it.

For all the same reasons you were making fun of Ole Miss when they hired him.

That was a good hire. Who made fun of that?

Man if that's how you view it that's ok. Im just telling you why everyone else hates him. Is he a good coach? Absolutely. Your team could very well learn to hate him also. We shall see

Has any other coach actually done the "family looks at real estate in a city he might be coaching in" thing for real, and done so publicly?
