I know deboar has been mentioned and who knows. I do find it odd that that job hasn't been filled while everything else is.

The nfl is also an option for big programs who are quiet. Not saying that’s the case but there’s lots of reasons

Penn State boards have all but confirmed they are opening the vault for the Polynesian guy from BYU. Don’t know what kind of roots the guy has to the eastern US

Because they are being smart and waiting to grab someone from the playoffs most likely.
That said, firing Franklin wasn't very smart IMO, so maybe they are just dumb.
