Did SC get screwed on this play or no?

NCAA rules section 4 article 3c.
If a player has control of the ball, a slight movement of the ball, even if it touches the ground, will not be considered loss of possession; he must lose control of the ball in order for there to be a loss of possession.

obviously, but there were 3 pretty big calls/no calls in that game. After the INT they didn't matter, but when it was just a 7 point game they did.
The no call on the facemask on third down.
That INT when we were in FG position.
the awful PI call against us.

That's an interception every day and twice on Sundays.

Was the roughing the kicker call as terrible as it looked live/jumbotron replay?

It was a roughing. We didnt come close to blocking the punt. The punter just shanked it, and we landed under the kicker.

Too late now ... it's over.
No more ifs, ands, or butts.

yeah at first I thought we got a hand on it. Sadly we didnt. I guess had we blocked it, its a great call but that was one time I thought Shane made a terrible coaching decision and it also cost us 3 points.
We had a little momentum, take the ball and let your offense go to work.

Everything we saw in person looked like the punter just fell down
I assume a much better replay was shown on TV than we got

The officiating in the game was definitely atrocious ... SEC level bad.

It's not an interception. I was all but ready to say interception until it the view at 1:19 shows the ball hitting the ground and moving before he had possession.
You got screwed.
You got screwed.

I mean it's not crystal clear, certainly not worth getting upset about. Sort of a standard hohum close call.

Yeah but it was called an interception and you can’t see his hand clearly enough to see but it looks like his hand is under the middle of the ball cradled even if the ground wobbles it. Short version I don’t think there’s clear overturn a call evidence.
